Can anyone join the rewards program?
Yes! Whether you’re a local or visiting from another state or country, anyone can join Nar UP to begin growing their wallet of points and rewards.
How are rewards earned?
You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend at one of our retail locations, depending on the tier you’ve reached. Rewards can be redeemed in the increments specified on this page.
How do I redeem rewards?
When you reach one of the reward levels, you can redeem your rewards in your online shopping cart or at checkout in the store. Simply let your budtender know you have rewards you’d like to use.
How do I see my available rewards?
We make it easy for you to always know your rewards balance with the Nar UP wallet! We also drop in special discounts every now and then and for special occasions (like your birthday!), so regularly accessing your wallet will help you save money. Plus, you can shop from the wallet, see your purchase history and member communications, and update your profile information and communication preferences. If you don’t have access to your wallet, you can always ask your budtender about your available rewards when you’re in the store
What’s the rewards wallet/app?
The rewards app gives you easy access to your rewards, the ability to shop online, purchase history, and member communications. You can also easily update your profile information in the app.
Do my rewards expire?
As long as you shop at one of our stores once every 365 days, your earned points will not expire. Other special rewards, such as additional discounts, do have expirations that are clearly noted in the wallet. See program terms and conditions.
Why do you need my email address or phone number?
Your email address and/or phone number are unique, and they help us easily locate your account and correctly credit your loyalty account with your purchases. When you opt-in to receive marketing messages from us, we’ll let you know about specials, products, events, and other things you may be interested in.
Can I opt-out of receiving marketing messages?
You’ll automatically be signed up to receive occasional messages about special discounts, exclusive promotions, events and more. But if you prefer, you can opt out of receiving messages at any time. Although you’ll still be a part of the loyalty program, you’ll miss out on additional benefits that are only communicated via personal messages.
What do you do with my information? Do you share it?
Your information is safe with us. We only use your information to communicate with you and inform you of specials, products, events and other things you may be interested in. We do not share or sell your information to anyone. See all program terms and conditions.
